Key business model successful?

Do you know your business model? If you are not sure, you are not alone. Many business owners don’t understand this topic!

Simply put, your business model is how your business makes money. You can think about it this way: What do people pay you? (Without paying customers, you have a hobby, not a business.)

It is important to emphasize that your business model must be proven. No need to rediscover the wheel here! To find a proven model, just pay attention to other people who are very successful in the industry of your choice. How does their business make money? What revenue streams they combine? What do they sell?

For example, my business is mainly a business model based on products. With this model, a business owner made money as a teacher, expert or coach, and built their brand by providing information and suggestions in the form of products, training, workshops, online programs, and others.

Business owners offer solutions to certain problems, and clients and customers pay for it.

Here are some additional examples of what your business model:

To position in front of your audience
Paying Customers:

To lead or references (for example, affiliate marketing)
For your talent (for example, hosting, speaking, acting, etc.)
Just like my model, your model can be a combination of all this.
In the end, you make rules here, but smart follow the proven model that plays your strength.

It also helps to understand the Sweet Spot of your business. How do you find the Sweet Spot? It lives at the intersection who most wants you to do, what you want most to convey, and what the client’s most want to buy or customer most.

If you have trouble making people invest in your product and service, take a step back and make sure you have done research. Do you sell something they really want and will pay? (Not only what do you think they need.) Do you have evidence to support it?

What you think needs to be irrelevant; That’s what they will pay very important.

As you can see, some parts must gather to form a business model puzzle. Fortunately, with a little research and look for other people who have opened the way before you, you will be on the right path (and most profitable) for business success.
